Responsible for the clinical operations of a project within a defined regional/global level. Provides oversight of project deliverables, assigned Clinical Research Associate (CRAs) and Investigator sites in accordance with the Monitoring Plan, Protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines and local regulations. The COL acts as a primary liaison between the CRAs and the clinical project team.

Responsible for the receipt of new Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) referrals, triage process and initial engagement of the Participant. First point of contact with the Participant upon referral to RSVP is customer-service oriented to ensure the participant experiences a positive first interaction. Manages multiple responsibilities and tasks while maintaining accuracy. Works effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders.
